Our experience at the Grand Hyams was quite disappointing. The room we stayed in had a lingering odor that was quite unpleasant and the cleaning staff overlooked our request for a tidy-up. Additionally, the breakfast service was disorganized with many items unavailable and the lobby was often overcrowded, making it hard to find seating.

Amazing views and great vibes!
We spent 3 nights in a two-bedroom suite with ocean views and wow, the size of the rooms was awesome! The staff was super friendly, always ready to help. Liked grabbing quick bites at the poolside snack bar. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but it didn’t ruin our fun!

the hotel is definitley not as luxurious as they claim. our room smelled like kimchi (how charming, right? ). also, i expected complimentary snacks or room upgrades, but clearly, that's too much to ask here. the lobby is absurdly small for a so-called '5-star' establishment. i almost complimented them but just couldn’t after this experience.

The rooms are very spacious and super modern. Having my name on the TV was a cool touch! The staff were professional and attentive. I highly recommend the spa, it’s relaxing. The views from the restaurant on the 41st floor were amazing!

I also appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff, who were eager to assist with any requests we had. The panoramic vistas from the top floor were simply stunning, and I found myself spending extra time just soaking in the scenery.
However, the overall upkeep of the hotel could be improved.
